WATERCOURSE
The design was Inspired by its site which is bisected by a natural watercourse. A bridge connects the units, bridging over the watercourse.
ISLAND CONTEMPORARY
This Island Contemporary residential multi-unit project engages the tropical landscaping surrounding it.
WARM AND VARIED
A warm material palette of Red Mangaris wood shiplap, board and baton cladding, and metal roofing with varied rooflines compliment the island feel of the site.
